- except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
- disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
- use the Site and its information in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that your use of the Site is on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that your use of the Site is at your sole risk thus giv-e does not bear any responsibility for any misuse whatsoever.
giv-e shall undertake general maintenance and upkeep of the Site from time to time. During these periods, the Website and its associated services may not be available for use. In exceptional circumstances, the Site may also become unavailable at other times.
